Austin, Texas (2/2)
10:37 AM
Our second and last day in Austin was full of fun, but so
chill (just like me and Big A). We woke up early and had breakfast at Bacon,
saw the graffiti park, hit up Book People, saw the state capitol, went back to
South Congress, shopped at Gypsy Wagon, got lunch at Thundercloud Subs, ice
cream at Amy’s, coffee at Café Medici, shopped and dreamed in West Elm, and
then went home to get ready for a night out. It was perfect day.
We absolutely loved Austin. It was such a great city with a
strong appreciation for food, community, creativity, and the environment. It
was a beautiful urban place that I we could see ourselves living…if only it
didn’t get so hot. If you get the chance, go see Austin. So far, I’ve never
seen anything like it.

Austin to work, they work to live there.” - Robert Rodriguez
